| OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE TEAM INSPECT AND DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS AND DETERMINE THE BEST WAY TO CORRECT |

Our general maintenance team inspect and diagnose problems and determine the best way to correct them and obtain supplies and repair parts from distributors. Using common hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches, and hammers, as well as specialized equipment and electronic testing devices, our workers replace or fix worn or broken parts, where necessary, or make adjustments to correct malfunctioning equipment.
On your request our maintenance team can also perform general preventive maintenance and ensure that your property can be rented efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Our maintenance and repair workers will keep records of their work.
The list above is the maintenance work that we have been doing on a regular basis, however the list is continuing as more services are being added as our clients requirements are expanding into further areas that need our dedicated professionalism.
